The GTM Teardown.

Ninety minutes, live, on your actual team and your actual stack. I open the hood, find the constraint that's holding growth back, and you walk away with one page: the failure mode you're closest to, and the single move to make in the next 30 days.

90 min live, one-on-one 1 page written Focus Map $750 flat, no upsell attached

Growth is a house. This tells you which part is cracked.

Foundation is your positioning, messaging, and alignment. Walls and roof are the systems that carry the weight. What's inside is your content and campaigns. Most teams keep buying more furniture while the foundation sits cracked, then wonder why nothing holds.

The Teardown finds the cracked layer. Not a forecast, not a promise of predictable revenue (nobody can predict how buyers behave). The one thing to fix first, so everything above it gets easier.

Three moves, that's the whole thing

The prep does the heavy lifting. I do the pattern-matching before and after, so the live time is spent diagnosing, not on discovery.

01 · INTAKE

Before the call

A short intake, or your Readiness Check results if you've already taken it. I review it beforehand so no live time gets burned on discovery.

02 · THE SESSION

90 minutes, live

One-on-one video. Pointed questions against your real team, real stack, and real numbers, not a canned slide deck. Recorded, so nothing gets lost.

03 · THE FOCUS MAP

Within 48 hours

One written page. The failure mode you're closest to, the evidence that points there, and the single move to prioritize next. No roadmap, no pitch attached.

Fixed price · no follow-up pitch attached
$750

One next move. That's the whole product. If a bigger engagement makes sense afterward, that's a conversation you start, not one I bake into the deliverable.

It's for you if

  • You've got a real team, and something structural feels off
  • An agency handed you a plan and vanished, and you want an operator's read before the next one
  • You're about to make a hiring, firing, or GTM-spend call and want a second opinion first

It's not for you if

  • You're pre-team. There's no seating problem to find yet.
  • You want tactical answers (ad budgets, CRM picks), not a structural read
  • You want a guaranteed revenue number. That's not the promise, here or anywhere else.

Fair questions

How is 90 minutes enough to diagnose anything real?

The goal isn't full coverage of every system. It's the first accurate diagnosis. A doctor doesn't need eight hours to tell you it's your shoulder and not your back. They need the right questions asked in the right order. Same move here, pointed at go-to-market instead of anatomy.

What if the Focus Map just confirms what we already suspected?

That happens, and it's still the point. Most teams already have a theory about what's broken. What they don't have is an outside operator confirming it with nothing to sell them, so they can stop debating it internally and start acting. Confirmation from someone with no stake in the answer is worth paying for on its own.

Is this just a sales pitch for a retainer?

No proposal gets attached to the deliverable, and there's no follow-up call baked in. Some Teardowns end exactly where they say they will: one page, one next move, done. If more work makes sense afterward, you start that conversation.

Why pay for this when there's a free Readiness Check?

The free check tells you which of the four failure modes you're closest to. That's a category. The Teardown puts someone who does this for a living on your actual team, your actual stack, your actual numbers, live, and gets specific: this seat, this system, this move, in the next 30 days. Different level of resolution.
